I just hope that I get better by next week for my birthday party. I don't want to look like a dork at my party. I have my pride you know. Enough of that, Mom promised to post some better pics of me since it's been a month since our last post.

YUM....

Me, in the yard!!
I'm taking it easy on her in this shot but see how she's standing on guard. She knows I'm gonna get it!!! Wish Mom would have got a shot of that!
Give me a break, what is this kid thinking??? I mean, I already have to make room for Katie but now a kid. Doesn't she know the saying "It's a dog's life". I guess it's okay though. Mom always says that she has enough love for everyone, I guess this is proof.

My sis, Katie has been with us for a little over a year now. Mom rescued her too. She's really got the life. She sleeps right on Mom's pillow all tucked in between Mom's neck and shoulder. She snores really loud so I don't see how Mom stands it. Katie is a crazy dog. She snorts really funny but she's lots of fun.

Kitty, my other sister, doesn't have a lot to do with me or Katie unless she's hissing at us, and boy, does that scare us. She pretty much has the run of the house. Mom stole her. Well, stole may be a little harsh. Kitty decided several years ago, before I was around, that she wanted to live with Mom but she really belonged to the people down the street. She came and went as she still does but mostly stayed with Mom (Mom's dog Prissy had just died, so Kitty was helping her out). When Mom moved away from that neighborhood she couldn't decide if she should take Kitty with her but decided that she would on account that she grew to love that silly cat even though she hadn't really named her, she's allergic to cats, and Kitty doesn't even let Mom love on her. Cats are strange, everything has to be on their "terms".

My human siblings are really Dad's kids but Mom loves them as much as she can imagine she'd love her own kids if she had any (Alisha is the girl on the far right - she's really pretty, and this is a picture of Austin with Dad). I don't think she loves them as much as she loves me but, hey, that's just my gut feeling. They are at our house a lot and are lots of fun. They are 16 and 12 and have lots of friends that hang out at our house too so it's usually busy at home.
I have lots to share and hope to make some friends by creating my blog. Drop me a line if you want. I'd better go for now.
Long Live the Treat Drawer,
Bailey
